Today, our #MondayMemberSpotlight is featuring Madi Hewitt. Madi served 3 months this summer and will continue another 3 months this fall as a construction AmeriCorps member with Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity.

When asked what inspired her to serve, Madi shared that it has been her dream since high school to“ repair and restore original structures in order to give the community the opportunity to build equity.” Her time with Cedar Valley had been teaching her those skills and how to work with and teach volunteers on site.
